STEP-1

ONE TIME PROFILE REGISTRATION (OTPR)

(ఒక్కసారి ప్రోఫైల్ నమోదు)

ఏదైనా నోటిఫికేషన్ కోసం మొదటిసారి దరఖాస్తు చేసుకున్న అభ్యర్థులు అభ్యర్థి OTPR ని పూరించేటప్పుడు వెబ్‌సైట్‌లో (https://gramasachivalayam.ap.gov.in) OTPR ID పొందటానికి ముందుగా వన్ టైమ్ ప్రొఫైల్ రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ (OTPR) దరఖాస్తును జాగ్రత్తగా నింపాలి. వివరాలు సరిగ్గా నిండినట్లు చూసుకోవాలి. అభ్యర్థులు చేసిన తప్పిదాలకు డిపార్టుమెంటు బాధ్యత వహించదు. అభ్యర్థులు సవరించడానికి ఎంచుకుంటే, వారు “సవరించు” బటన్‌ను క్లిక్ చేసి అవసరమైన మార్పులు చేయవచ్చు. ఆ తరువాత వివరాలను సేవ్ చేయడానికి మరియు OTPR ID పొందటానికి “రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ సమర్పించు” బటన్‌ను క్లిక్ చేసి, STEP-II కి వెళ్లండి (అభ్యర్థులు ఇప్పటికే రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ చేసి, OTPR ID కలిగి ఉంటే, అతడు / ఆమె నేరుగా STEP-II కి వెళ్లవచ్చు.)

 కొత్తగా గ్రామ సచివాలయం లేదా వార్డ్ సచివాలయం జాబ్స్ ఇంతకు ముందు (OTPR) నమోదు చెయ్యని వారు మాత్రమే చేసుకోవలేయను.

సచివాలయం 2019 జాబ్స్ కు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకునే ఉంటే మళ్ళీ (OTPR) నమోదు చేసి అవసరం లేదు.

దయచేసి "అప్లికేషన్" ను పూర్తి చేయు ముందు మీ ONE TIME PROFILE REGISTRATION (OTPR) లోని అన్ని ఫీల్డ్‌లను [ NAME, DOB, COMMUNITY and AADHAR No వంటివి] తనిఖీ చేయండి. మీ OTPR లో ఏదైనా మార్పులు ఉంటే, అప్పుడు "CANDIDATE SERVICES" లోని "EDIT OTPR DETAILS" లోకి వెళ్ళి సవరణ చేసిన తరువాత
అప్లికేషన్ ను పూర్తి చేయవలెను.

STEP-2

SUBMIT ONLINE APPLICATION

(ఆన్ లైన్ దరఖాస్తు నమోదు)

దరఖాస్తుదారు వెబ్‌సైట్ (https://gramasachivalayam.ap.gov.in) లో యూజర్‌పేరు OTPR ID మరియు అభ్యర్థి ఇచ్చిన పాస్‌వర్డ్ (పుట్టిన తేదీ) తో లాగిన్ అవ్వాలి. లాగిన్ అయిన తరువాత, దరఖాస్తుదారు హోమ్ పేజీలోని “ఆన్‌లైన్ దరఖాస్తును సమర్పించు” పై క్లిక్ చేయాలి. అప్లికేషన్ విజయవంతంగా సమర్పించిన తరువాత, అప్లికేషన్ ఐడి ఉత్పత్తి అవుతుంది. దరఖాస్తుదారు చెల్లింపు ఫారమ్‌కు వెళ్లాలి.

STEP-3

PAYMENT

(చెల్లింపులు )

 చెల్లింపు విధానం: ఆన్‌లైన్ దరఖాస్తును సమర్పించిన తరువాత, దరఖాస్తుదారు చెల్లింపు లింక్‌పై క్లిక్ చేయాలి. ఫీజు మరియు వయస్సు సడలింపును లెక్కించడానికి అవసరమైన ప్రాథమిక వివరాలు ముందుగా జనాభా కలిగి ఉంటాయి. ది
దరఖాస్తుదారు ప్రదర్శించబడే అన్ని వివరాలను ధృవీకరించాలి. చెల్లింపు ఫారమ్ సమర్పించిన తర్వాత, చేసిన చెల్లింపుకు సంబంధించిన వివరాలు అప్లికేషన్ ప్రాసెసింగ్ యొక్క ఏ దశలోనూ మార్చబడవు. విజయవంతమైన చెల్లింపులో, రిఫరెన్స్ ID ఉత్పత్తి అవుతుంది, ఇది రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ పూర్తయినట్లు సూచిస్తుంది. ఒకవేళ చెల్లింపు ప్రక్రియ విజయవంతం కాకపోతే, దరఖాస్తుదారుడు తాజా చెల్లింపును తిరిగి ప్రారంభించాలి.

FEE:

9.1                   Applicant must pay Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) towards application processing fee and Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) towards examination fee.

(i)              The candidate applying as non-local candidate in addition to his/her local district will be charged an additional fee of Rs. 100/- per district (Maximum of 3 districts)

9.2                   However, the following categories of SC,ST,BC,PH& Ex- Service men, candidates are exempted from payment of examination fee Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two hundred only) and Additional Fee of Rs.100/- (Rupees one hundred only) per district (Maximum of 3 districts) only.
